• OPTILEB GT
  OPTILEB GT are gear oils with NSF H1 authorisation, especially developed to meet the special requirements in the food and beverage industries. They are based on synthetic oils and contain carefully selected additives to prevent wear, oxidation and corrosion.

  Castrol Optileb HY 32 is primarily a non-toxic hydraulic fluid, manufactured solely from FDA (United States Food and Drugs Administration) listed ingredients for use within the food processing industry, particularly where incidental contact with foodstuffs may occur.

• VISCOLEB
  VISCOLEB are chain lubricants especially developed to meet the requirements of the food and beverage industries. They are water-resistant and have a high load carrying capacity. VISCOLEB are tasteless and odourless oils. Special additives specifically protect from wear and prevent corrosion.

• OPTILEB AT
  Optileb AT is a food grade lubricant suitable for the lubrication of hand-held air tools used in applications where incidental food contact may occur.

• OPTILEB DAB 8
  OPTILEB DAB 8 is a highly refined, water-white mineral oil whose purity complies with the regulations of the "German Pharmacopeia DAB 10". It is absolutely odorless and tasteless. OPTILEB DAB 8 has been especially designed for use in the food and beverage industry. OPTILEB DAB 8 is NSF H1 authorised and therefore suited for applications where an exposure of the lubricated part to the edible product is possible due to technical reasons.


• WHITEMOR WOM Range
  The Whitemor series of Medicinal White Oils are highly refined mineral oils which comply with the purity requirements ofthe various national Pharmacopoeias for Liquid Paraffins. Castrol Whitemor Medicinal White Oils are used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and plastics industries and for all other applications where extremely high standards of purity are required. Castrol Whitemor Medicinal White Oils also comply with the purity requirements of:- Mineral Hydrocarbons in Food Regulations 1966 (SI No. 1073), British, European and United States Pharmacopoeias. Meet the FDA regulations 21 CFR 172.878 and CFR 178.3620, and USP 31 / NF 26. WOM 14 and 65 are also NSF-H1 approved for incidental contact with foodstuffs.

  For the lubrication of drawing and stamping tools where incidental food contact is possible.

• VISCOLEB SPRAY
  For the lubrication of chains on equipment used in the production of foodstuffs where incidental food contact is possible.


• OPTIMOL F&D; FLUID SPRAY
  Physiologically safe machinery lubricant for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Provides a cleaning and anti-corrosive effect and gives a light finish to stainless steel surfaces. Based on a highly refined water-white mineral oil. Complies with the "German Pharmacopoeia DAB 10" and NSF-H1 approved, suitable for applications where incidental contact with foodstuffs is possible.


• OPTILEB TC 5 SPRAY
  For the lubrication of drawing and stamping tools where incidental food contact is possible.


• OBEEN UF3 SPRAY
  Synthetic grease spray suitable for Machines and plants in the food and beverage industry e.g. sliding points, bearings, chains, resistant to water, steam, fruit acids.

• OBEEN UF
  Castrol Obeen UF - are light, natural-coloured special greases. They are physiologically safe and contain only components which are listed in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Section 178.3570. Castrol Obeen UF greases are especially suited for use in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. Castrol Obeen UF Series Greases are acceptable to the USDA as lubricants where incidental food contact may occur.


• OBEEN FS 2
  OBEEN FS 2 is a physiologically safe, fully synthetic (free from mineral oil), special grease. It is especially suited for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries where there might be a direct contact between the lubricant and the foodstuff or its packaging. OBEEN FS 2 only contains raw materials which are listed in the Guideline of Security 21 CFR 178.3570 of the FDA and which are in conformity with NSF H1.


• OBEEN PL 2
  Castrol Obeen PL 2 is a fully synthetic, physiologically harmless special grease for extreme requirements. The highly viscous basic oil contains wear-protection additives and solid lubricants in a synergetically effective combination. This ensures high wear protection even at low peripheral speeds. It corresponds to NSF (NSF) H1.


• OBEEN TAP 2
  OBEEN TAP 2 is a physiologically safe, fully synthetic (free from mineral oil), light-coloured special grease designed for the lubrication of fittings in the beverage industry. OBEEN TAP 2 only contains raw materials which are listed in the Guideline of Security 21 CFR 178.3570 of the FDA and which are in conformity with NSF H1.


• OPTISIL LEB 2
  OPTISIL LEB 2 is a physiologically safe grease based on silicone (in conformity with NSF H1). Due to its base material this grease is especially suited for the lubrication of EPDM materials (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber) in applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries where an incidental contact between the lubricant and the product might occur.


• MOLUB-ALLOY FOODPROOF 823 FM
  Castrol Molub-Alloy Foodproof 823 FM greases were developed for general lubrication of food machinery. They have been approved as "physiologically safe" by the Landesgewerbe-Anstalt LGA Bayern. Castrol Molub-Alloy Foodproof 823 FM greases have also been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (NSF) as "H1" lubricants which can be used in the food and beverage industry even if incidental contact with food products is possible.


• MOLUB-ALLOY FOODPROOF 9830
  Molub-Alloy Foodproof 9830 is a special high temperature grease formulated using a PFPE base fluid and thickener and Molub-Alloy solid lubricants, developed for the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings.The grease is suited for high-temperature applications in the food and beverage industries where minimum lubricant consumption, drip-free lubrication and physiological safety are required. Especially suited for applications in baking and drying ovens in the food and canning industries.

• OBEEN PASTE NH1
  Assembly paste for components at high and low temperatures used in the food and beverage industry. Used for eccentric radial cams, screw connections and as a lubricant and separator in heat shaping. Conforms with NSF H-1 requirements.
